CASA IL CANTICO

Casa il Cantico is a naturist mini-agriturismo situated on the northflank of the Promontorio del Gargano in the region Puglia in the south-east of Italy.

IL CANTICO was started in October 2002 by us, two dutchmen, Ferry van der Snee and Wim M. van der Kraan, in order to create a naturist holidayspot of our own in "our" Gargano.

We first came here in 1997 on one of our many camping holidays in Italy. That year we discovered the  naturist campsite "Club Parco del Gargano" near Vico del Gargano, owned by the late Carmine de Petris. Almost immediately we fell in love with the place.

During a (temporary) closure of the “Parco” in 2004 the idea of opening up for guests as an alternative was born.

This is how Casa il Cantico became a small naturist agriturismo where it's possible to camp with some small tents and where a two-person appartment can be hired. On the next pages of this website will be explaned how and when IL CANTICO is available as a naturist holiday spot. We hope our guests will love this country like we do and will appreciate the smells and colours of this very special part of Italy.
